Where we came from
The heritage is the point
Since 2021 Altus has done unglamorous, essential work: migrating companies to the cloud, keeping their infrastructure patched, managing their networks remotely, and being the people who answer when something breaks at 2am. We work with Microsoft, Fortinet, Dell, Lenovo and Cisco.
That history matters now because the hard part of AI is not the model. It is integration, permissions, data hygiene, change management and the boring discipline of keeping something running after the launch email. Those are the problems we have been been solving since day one.
Our AI practice sits on top of that. We advise on where AI belongs, put the governance around it, and build and run the agents — with the same operational rigour we brought to infrastructure.

Four things we hold to
Governance before deployment, always
We do not ship an agent into a business that has no policy for it. Controls take days, not months, and they are what keeps the thing alive after launch.
It has to survive contact with your operation
We test against your real calls, your real data and your real staff before a customer sees anything. A demo that only works in a demo is worthless.
You should be able to fire us
We build in your accounts, document what we did, and hand over cleanly. Lock-in is not a business model we are interested in.
Most organisations fail to engage people who have actually done the thing before. They believe they can work it out alone. It is always a better idea to learn from others who have been through it, and bring that experience in.
